Policy
It is Selectatrack's policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves. We aim to offer the highest level of customer service by making our website & content delivery fast, easy & reliable, as well as dealing with problems in a relaxed and understanding approach. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.

Licensing & Usage
All the tracks we supply are fully-endorsed by the manufacturer and are sold with their permission to use at home or commercially in any public venue worldwide (assuming that venue has the appropriate public performance license). Selectatrack is an approved licensee of the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society (MCPS) to which a royalty is paid for every track sold to cover song writer and publisher royalties. Both Selectatrack and the MCPS are based in the United Kingdom, anyone ordering from outside the UK does need to check with their local publishing organisations on local terms of use regarding public performance.

You can re-record with your own vocal if only for personal use. You cannot use (with or without your vocal) any music acquired from Selectatrack for the purpose of re-distribution, manufacturing, broadcasting or any commercial/professional usage without permission and additional licensing from both Selectatrack and the track manufacturer.

You can not edit the music or on screen graphics of any tracks acquired from Selectatrack in any way with out the full permission of track manufacturer.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the fact we supply personalised items and digital downloads your right to cancel under the distance seller regulations does not apply, so due to the costs involved in supplying these type of items, returns & refunds will not be issued on anything other than faulty products. Faulty products must be reported within two weeks of ordering or a refund can’t be issued. Not being happy with the quality/version of a track is not a valid reason for a refund. Please make sure you watch the video samples before ordering, that way you can check you're happy with the track prior to placing your order. Please also check you have selected the correct format and tracks before placing your order, because our order fulfillment service is fully automated so errors can not be rectified after the order has been placed.

Privacy
The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party. We may sometimes email you with details of details of any important news or special offers. Supply
We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web Pages in speedy fashion, most orders are despatched same day and arrive with our customers in only a few working days. On the rare occasion we are unable to despatch the item immediately we will contact you with regular updates as to when you can expect to receive your order. Guarantee
We gurantee to supply you with goods exactly as described in these web pages, for more details on content please read the FAQ page or contact us.

Payment
All online payments are totally secure as they processed with PaymentSense, one of the UK's leading online payment providers.  We accept Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron. If you would like to make payment over the phone, by bank transfer, by Paypal, by cheque or postal order please just give us a call and we will get that arranged for you.

VAT
All prices quoted by Selectatrack are in pounds sterling and shall be inclusive of Value Added Tax at the applicable rate where applicable, our VAT reg number is 709153932

Complaints
We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to formally complain about any matter our please email Gary Oates at gary@selectatrack.com. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive an acknowledgement within five working days whilst we work to resolve your complaint.

Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and by using this website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
