Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the fact we supply personalised items and digital downloads your right to cancel under the distance seller regulations does not apply, so due to the costs involved in supplying these type of items, returns & refunds will not be issued on anything other than faulty products.
Faulty products must be reported within two weeks of ordering or a refund can’t be issued.
Not being happy with the quality/version of a track is not a valid reason for a refund. Please make sure you watch the video samples before ordering, that way you can check you're happy with the track prior to placing your order.
Please also check you have selected the correct format and tracks before placing your order, because our order fulfillment service is fully automated so errors can not be rectified after the order has been placed.
